1. Definitions

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the jat99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment is received in a different currency — for example, via an international Visa or Mastercard transaction — the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jat99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to its registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms specified at the time the bonus is offered. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jat99 monitors account activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine gaming activity; creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion. Where jat99 determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses offered by jat99 are subject to an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been used before the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus funds being removed from the account balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the jat99 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or at any subsequent point during the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one jat99 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering.

• Attempting to charge back or reverse any payment made to jat99 through your bank or payment provider without first seeking resolution through jat99's customer support process.

jat99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to forfeit any balance held in such accounts, and to pursue any available legal remedies in respect of losses caused by prohibited conduct.

7. Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jat99 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jat99 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe and return any verified remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

7.2 Closure by jat99

jat99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The User has breached these Terms & Conditions or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity.

• The User has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against jat99.

Where an account is closed by jat99 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at jat99's sole discretion.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Tools

Users who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the jat99 platform by contacting support or accessing the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, prevent the User from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. 8. Limitation of Liability

However, in the event of an error in published odds, a miscredited balance, or a technical malfunction affecting a game result, jat99 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payments, regardless of whether the User has already withdrawn the affected funds. 8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jat99's internal complaints procedure should be referred to jat99's customer support team in the first instance. jat99 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly. Users who remain dissatisfied following the conclusion of jat99's internal complaints process may seek independent resolution through available channels in their jurisdiction.
